Right now I think they aren't sending anything anywhere. The spent rods
have been sitting here for several years waiting to be shipped, first back
east but too many states were stopping the truck traffic. Now to Yucca
Mountain where there are numerious lawsuits to stop them using it.
The really stupid part of all this is that they play musical chairs with
where they are going to store the spent rods. Sheesh, with all the time and
money they've spent on where to store and moving them around they ought to
be able to come up with someway to either use them or make them "safe."
