And Farmer and Lynn (there were two). People come and go. During the period
when there was mudslinging on the list, some people left and went to another
homestead list. I was told I could join, but my email is on overload, the
last thing I needed was more. I liked the group here and continued to learn
plenty--good enough for me.

We hope to locate our distribution box for the septic system today, the
Health Dept. has two conflicting drawings from previous owners of our farm.
Since we added two bedrooms and a bath last year (upgraded from 2 br/1 ba),
we must add a line to the septic to meet Code. Should have done it before
now, but we were misinformed by our Excavator, a native Floydian, that we
could avoid it and told us what to do, but the Health Dept. says otherwise.
We've had 4 people living in this home for nearly 5 years without a problem,
but Code is Code. Since we will have a live-in client with us soon, we're
doing what we have to do to get the gold star.

Have a great day everyone. It's warm and sunny here in sw VA, feels like
May. I'm staying home from work to plant tomatoes and peppers in the garden.
My kind of day. I walked through the garden last night, I noted the peach
tree appears to have been well pollinated, it may be loaded with fruit this
year.
