Don't know if anyone will spend the time and effort this entails----with fairly consistent effort it would take a year to do the sculpting, make molds, develop cable-controls or pneumatic-controls to move features such as eyes, eyebrows, ears, install a voice system, and for a dinosaur, eject smoke from nostrils.

However, this has enormous income potential, and if I were younger, I would certainly incorporate articulated masks in a home business---more commonly described as animatronics. You could accellerate the sculpting by enlisting the help of most any College art class, and devising the control mechanisms by students in various College courses such as industrial engineering, mechanical engineering etc.
