Thanks for the tip, Ellen. 
I've been fighting the solid Aegopodium in a bed of sedum that reverted from some variegated nearby. 
Now I can REALLY have my revenge!

If you like the taste of celery foliage, try solid green Aegipodium (sp?).  The variegated doesn't have as much flavor but the solid green tastes of celery and is good both fresh and dry.  And since it's considered invasive, you'll be doing a good deed by eating it!
