We saw some terrific gardens, mainly belonging to nursery wholesalers, and the weather was perfect. There wasn't enough time for some of the gardens, especially Robert Dash's. Old Westbury was amazing, but Planting Fields Arboretum could have been skipped IMHO. There were seminars on new plants from a variety of presenters, and all were good, but the owner of Bluebird Nursery in Nebraska was outstanding. I had not heard him before. The hotel was comfortable. All in all a good symposium.
