How would you describe the fragrance of a moonflower?  Is it flowery, spicy,
vanilla-like, honey-scented or what?  Having never grown one, I'm at a loss
on how to describe it for an article I'm writing.

Sweet and exotic were my first thoughts, similar to the ones that I would use for jasmine, as they both give that exotic feel when you catch the scent on a humid evening. Not sure if that is descriptive enough though. I remember that it travels a fair distance too.  Perhaps flowery would be the right word
They are really dynamic to grow (and easy),
Good luck,
