Why would it be anything but?
The stated time progression in the text makes it clear that verses 24-27
occur in the period after the events of 5--23
The time of the distress (13.3-27)
1) Events preceding "the end" (13.3-13)
2) Events of the "days of distress" (13.14-23)
3) Events of "Those days following that distress" (13.24-27)
