Per the instructions re segmentation faults inn

https://tractest.stsci.edu/trac/hla/browser/COTS_Software/src/freetds-0.64/doc/userguide.sgml?rev=532

I did a backtrace from within gdb to hopefully shed some light on the cause
of my problem.

Here's my tsql test script:
$ cat test.sql
use master
go
exit

("exit" by itself will cause the segfault, but I wanted to include something
to show tsql was working.)

Here's the gdb output:

$ gdb tsql

Does this provide any leads?
