Vinh:
Which environment variable did you set to indicate the location of the
freetds.conf file?
What is the value of this variable?
Paul

Subject: [freetds] FreeTDS and unixODBC issues on Mac OS X
Dear list,
First, let me know if I should contact unixODBC instead and sorry for the
inconvenience.
After getting the locale issue of FreeTDS resolved (thanks to you guys,
specifying v8.0 works now), I'm trying to get the two working together on my
Mac OS X, both compiled from source. tsql (I use it through bsqldb for
batch) works. However, I get the following when issuing isql:
[S1000][unixODBC][FreeTDS][SQL Server]Unable to connect to data source
[01000][unixODBC][FreeTDS][SQL Server]Unknown host machine name.
[ISQL]ERROR: Could not SQLConnect
A TDSDUMP yields
