Mmmm... I think you are using a recent version :)
Two problem can raise:
- statement is in an invalid state. Close cursor, at least till we
support fully prepared cursors (as we just discover!)
- result is SQL_NO_DATA and you handle this case like a SQL_ERROR (ODBC
3 specify that a call to SQLExecDirect that do not output/process rows
should return SQL_NO_DATA but many application do not like this
behavior)
