freebcp used homegrown command-line option parsing, which made:
freebcp [...] -t '\\' -n '\\\n'
not do the right thing (although "-t\\\\ -n\\\\\\n" worked). Switching
to getopt(3) fixed that, and simplified the code.
src/dblib/bcp.c was confused about the effect of freebcp's -F and -L
(first & last row) options, thinking if one is present, the other must
also be. That meant that
freebcp [...] -L 10
would load zero rows.
Both fixes have been applied to cvs HEAD.
