Thanks, Nathaniel! I know tracking down which two lines need adding is
much harder than adding them.
Thanks to all the FreeTDS hackers! Because of your hard work, I can write mission-critical applications on an industrial-strength OS, while still being able to access legacy MSSQL databases as necessary. And best of all, I can find and fix bugs on my own if necessary.
Needless to say, I appreciate that :-)
