Just a small test (using currect CVS with my previous patches)

512 packet size

[*** unittests]$ time ./utf8_2

real 0m41.083s
user 0m0.270s
sys 0m0.060s


Default packet size (4096 autodetected by FreeTDS)

[*** unittests]$ time ./utf8_2

real 0m1.121s
user 0m0.250s
sys 0m0.150s

Perhaps is better with default 4096 :)

I don't remember problems with hebrew but I hope next coming version
(0.62) will fix these issues. TDS4.2 is very bad...
