Very good. I saw which_api.html is also in web directory. Good too!
I agree with the idea to leave tds.html in its place.
Some note on web:
- does we still support JDBC driver ??
- a link to main SF project page is useful
- a link to http://ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/ALPHA/freetds/ directory in
download page is also useful

Another issue (not web related) is copyright of sources....
We have sources with lines such as
* Copyright (C) 1998-1999 Brian Bruns
I know we can just replace these lines with
* Copyright (C) 1998-2003 Brian Bruns
but I don't know it's the right way (I don't think Brian complains about
it however...).
IMHO when we split a file we should copy copyright and add others (if we
want), when we add new files (like descriptor.c in odbc directory) we
can use a new copyright.
