Yes.

So, is your question, "Why cannot DBD::Sybase, when compiled under VC++, not
find FreeTDS"? I don't know the answer to that. What exactly happens?

Noted. The build documentation really should include instructions for
Windows, if folks are going to take our claim "any reasonable OS plus a few
unreasonable ones" seriously.

If someone would post instruction for VMS, VC++, or Cygwin, I would
gratefully add them to UG. They don't have to be beautiful SGML, just
accurate notes. I can mock up markup. Please indicate if you want credit,
and if so what email address to mention.
