Those numbers are fine...they are just internal information that the user
doesn't really need to see. They are the encoded internal form of (layer <<
24) + (origin << 16) + (severity << 8) + (number). (But it might be better
to have two labels so there aren't two "number"s in the display.)

We could just omit them from the client message handler in
src/ctlib/unittests/common.c. However, it's worth leaving those in the
output for now to help debugging. I think there are still a few places in
libtds where we are incorrectly passing hardcoded dblib client message
numbers up into CT-Library. Those still need to be found and fixed at some
point.
