Hi James,

I'm in the process of building and testing dblib on win32 using VC60. When
I'm done (next week) I can send you the .dsp file for inclution in the
project.

I hope to use this for the MSSQL extension for PHP. That way we can get
rid of the old ntwdblib thing.
