Hallo!
Since a few weeks I've just compiled the FreeTDS-Support into the php-module
on my linux-server. And it is very easy to contact a simple MS SQL-Server
now.
But as a matter of fact we do have more than one SQL-Server. The latest is a
MS SQL-Enterprise Server with more than one instance of MS SQL-Server
insalled. Did any of you have that problem before?
How can I tell php which instance to connect to?
$dbi = mssql_connect($dbhost, $dbuser, $dbpass);
mssql_select_db($dbbank);
$sql = "some sql-query";
$res = mssql_query($sql);
mssql_close($dbi);
Thank you for any help!
Sincerely
Kay
