Thank you very much for your efforts! I have tried to check using my
scripts and isql, and I do not see any additional messages where I think
they should be, however, I am not the admin of the MS SQL server and I did
tell the group that takes care of it that I could not see the data from
print statements, so they may have changed the procedures without telling
me. Sorry I can't confirm...

I rewrote ODBC error support. Now print should work.

If you want to rewrite with current CVS (or tomorrow snapshot)...
