You can collaborate in many way:
- tell a BUG you have discovered
- help coding
- use it and give some comment
- help writing docs
- give some code to test/utility or other
In particular I don't want to learn all the uses of FreeTDS (Perl-ODBC,
Perl-Ctlib, PHP-dblib, PHP-ctlib, python-whatever and so on), so if you
could produce just some code that you think should work is even good...

Probably on begin of next year. All token are now supported by libtds (even
for mssql and Sybase) but lack of test...
ODBC... is hard to say... many changes are going to be added in ODBC...
