I see your point, but I don't like the idea of having to maintain the same
information in multiple places. It will only lead to discrepancies and
bugs, and a loss of clarity.

The intention is to use tds.h only for accessing to libtds, not for ctlib or
dblib (odbc use always his headers).
Now including ctlib header you include all libtds stuff information.
