Hi Nick

TDS5_DYN_TOKEN is defined as 0xE7.

In the TDS 5 Spec , this token is described as TDS_DYNAMIC, and indicates a
request sent TO the server to prepare or execute a dynamic statement. I
thought it had no place in our results processing, therefore.
Have I made a mistake in that assumption ?
