Hmm. I found the messages you're referring to, on 27 September.

Michael, if you're listening, you might want to update peppler.org. I just
downloaded from http://www.peppler.org/downloads/DBD-Sybase-0.94_02.tar.gz,
and there's no file in there that's been changed since 12 December 2001, nor
any reference to cs_ctx_global.

Was there a clear version number change? I'd like our docs to say "FreeTDS
0.60 works with DBD::Sybase until [e.g.] 0.94.2; to work with later versions
of DBD::Sybase, use a more recent snapshot of FreeTDS."

I figure if I'm confused, others might be, too.
