A colleague of mine has just discovered:

This appears to be a db-library plugin/tool for TCL, which should do the
business as well.
If I get any further with it. I'll give you an update for the "how to get
what works with it working" page...

What time were you up to last night?
As I crawled out of my weary bed at 7.00 am BST I notioced you were still
hard at it...
I thought you told me sleep was important!
