Hi Bill,

I guess this is a nonanswer, but it might qualify as a thought. I've never
played with TCL.

What about the duct tape of the internet? Perl has Tk and DBD modules. I
should think between them you could do anything you can with TCL, and since
DBD is a grown-up database interface with support right here on your
friendly ML, you'd be halfway home.

Or maybe you'll come up with something more interesting....
