Emile,

There were changes to
src/odbc/connectparams.c::SQLGetPrivateProfileString(). Nothing was meant
to change the format or entries in odbc.ini, but the basic read-the-file
code was changed.

Also, the default sysconfdir changed the other day, see the cvs log of
Makefile.am.
