mmmmh, I'd love it could be it, but the 7.0 protocol is the good one: as
mentionned before it did the job well with the 0.53 version, the remote DB
is a MS SQL 7.0.
Another clue, when trying -current with odbctest ( from iodbc ), the
problem occurs on SQLAllocEnv()... seems I'm going to make my gdb cry ;)
