I don't know about ODBC and CT-Lib with respect to this issue.

But in DB-Lib, we really need dbsetinterrupt() implemented before this can
work properly. This is on my wish list for things I'd like to implement.

dbcancel() and ctcancel() work (well, almost). So I think you've got
protocol support.
