Hi John,

The code we're working on right now is what we're calling 0.60. It's not
released yet, as you know, but we want to roll out a release very soon. The
current code has a lot of new datatype conversion capability that still has
a few rough edges. When we get those polished off, we'll release 0.60.

The good news is, it seems to be stabilizing again.

Yes, the last official release was 0.53. It works pretty well, but lacks
what our marketing department, if we had one, would surely call Exciting New
Features.

If your current snapshot is working for you, please use it. If you
encounter problems, tell us. If it's a bug we can isolate (and not a
missing feature, say), you can expect it to be fixed in a matter of days.
