- Subject: Failed locale setting?
- Date: Tue, 23 Jul 2002 19:48:36 -0600
I've got something new popping up and Im not sure what I changed to break it:
perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
LANGUAGE = (unset),
LC_ALL = (unset),
LANG = "en_us.iso885915"
are supported and installed on your system.
perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").
I didnt have a locales.conf file on this machine, and I needed to format my
dates with it, so I copied it from another machine. Apparently this machine
is missing something?
Here's my locales.conf:
[default]
date format = %Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S
[en_US]
date format = %Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S
language = us_english
char set = iso_1
Any guidance? Thanks
