I readed "TDS Functional Specification Download"
Following these steps:
- go to www.sybase.com
- select developer
- select ASE product and click go
- TDS 5 specification
- enter your contact date
- download
You haven't to agree to any licence..
And also don't seem in document be any such restriction..
Should I throw away this document and reopen ethereal ?
