I just built apache 1.3.26, mod_ssl 2.8.10, php 4.2.1, and freetds 0.53 on
Solaris 8. Everything compiles without error, but when I go to start
apache, I get:
Cannot load /usr/local/apache/libexec/libphp4.so into server: ld.so.1:
/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd: fatal: relocation error: file
/usr/local/apache/libexec/libphp4.so: symbol DBSETLCHARSET: referenced
symbol not found
I followed the instructions on the freetds site regarding "Apache/PHP core
dumps on start up" and "I get a message like "undefined symbol
g_tds_err_handler" on Solaris." and rebuilt, but get the same message.
Any ideas?
Thanks much in advance,
Jay
