freetds - Error in the TDS datastream: data greater than block(0)

I'm creating a Java application that makes a call to the getTables() method
on the DatabaseMetaData class.

For one particular database, it works for others, I'm getting the SQL
exception shown below.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated! :0)
