I know this has been on the list before but.....

We have just made a new installation. Here is the PHP configure
line:

./configure --with-apxs=/opt/Apache/bin/apxs --without-mysql
--with-pgsql=/opt/Postgres --with-db3=/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.3.2
--with-imap=../imap-2000c/c-client --with-safe-mode
--with-config-file=/opt/Apache/conf --with-sybase=/opt/Freetds

The ld.so.conf file holds the directory for Freetds.

When we test our page, that connects to SQL Server 2000, we
get this error:

Call to undefined function:
mssql_connect()

Can someone please help? I have worked through this error before
but can't recall what the problem was. Does the ENV variable "SYBASE"
need to be set (before Apache starts)?

Php version 4.1.2
Freetds version .53

Lance
