Mind you it is jsut a suspicion on my part but I
suspect you should get the message on your linux box
also. I get database change messages whenever I
conenct to a server successfully, and also after each
dbuse() call. With a grain of salt I would find it
likely that you should get the messages once you are
running the latest versions of FreeTDS. The main
reason I went lookgin for the messages was they
happenned with Sybase.
