Title: RE: [freetds] Connection pooling in JBoss

i'm a little lost - where would I find the recently posted configuration files?

In principle, for a J2EE container to support connection pooling, the JDBC
driver needs to comply with the JDBC 2.0 Optional Package (aka the JDBC 2.0
Standard Extension), which the FreeTDS JDBC driver doesn't. However, JBoss
claims to be able to emulate this behaviour: take a look at the
configuration files I just posted and the JBoss manual (which is actually
reasonably comprehensive).

I've got the system to work, but it's only a development setup and not a
production one. I haven't got round to load testing it yet, so I can't say
if the emulation's any good or not.
