Below is the jboss.jcml conf file I use with jboss + jetty.

You should also remember to tell jboss where freetds_jdbc.jar is located for
each of your data sources. You do this by inserting the following into
jboss.conf for each data source (with my sample jboss.jcml, you'll need the
entry below plus an extra entry for DefaultDS) , e.g.

<MLET CODE="org.jboss.jdbc.XADataSourceLoader"
ARCHIVE="jboss.jar,freetds_jdbc.jar" CODEBASE="../../lib/ext/">
<ARG TYPE="java.lang.String" VALUE="InstantDB">
<ARG TYPE="java.lang.String"
VALUE="org.jboss.minerva.xa.XADataSourceImpl">
</MLET>

This assumes you've put freetds_jdbc.jar into the directory referenced by
CODEBASE.

Finally you need to put into jboss.properties the line:

jdbc.drivers=com.internetcds.jdbc.tds.Driver

jboss.jcml conf file follows:

<?xml version="1.0"?>

<server>
<mbean name="Adaptor:name=html">
<attribute name="MaxActiveClientCount">10</attribute>
<attribute name="Parser" />
