There are actually 3 jar files, one that works only with JDBC 1.0, one
that works only with JDBC 2.0 and one that works with both.
Respectively the files are:

ftp://freetds.internetcds.com/pub/freetds_jdbc/freetds_jdbc.jar
Unless you have a good reason to do otherwise, I'd recomend just
grabbing the last one.
