Title: RE: [freetds] Newbee's problem

Hi Maren,

You're going to have to be more specific; "I don't manage to success" doesn't give anyone enough information to help you.  What messages are you seeing, and what's the server's vendor and version?

Lots of people use FreeTDS with DBD::Sybase, and DBD::Freetds reportedly works, too.  You might want the latest version of FreeTDS (in case you missed the posting):

Hi everibody:

I install freetds and it's fine but then I've tried to install DBD::Sybase
and DBD::Freetds and I don't manage to success. I'm using a Unix platform
(Sparc Solaris SunOsS 5.7) Has anybody tried this before and succeeded?
Please help me I can't go through make test...
                                        Thanx in advance
                                                        Maren
