Hmmm...ok, no symbol table. You'll need to compile PHP and freetds with
the -g flag, this is the default setting for freetds. I think doing an
'export CFLAGS=-g' before running configure will do the trick for PHP. (I
hope)

I'm not at my box, otherwise I'd tell you for sure.
