I created the JAR file in my /usr/local/src/freetds_jdbc,
then I copy the jar file over to 
/usr/local/tomcat/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/lib
where tomcat expects to find it, the I restart tomcat... 
when I have used the premade jar files that
I have downloaded and put them there, they work fine, but when
I built it, it doens't seem to know what the Class Driver is as
far as I can tell, so it must be something I'm doing in the build,
but ... I'm not sure what.
