Jackson also ordered restrictions on Microsoft's conduct that
would go into place within 90 days, including the following:
- Requiring Microsoft to disclose its full set of application
program interfaces to other software developers

Perhaps we'll finally have a chance to find out what some of those
mystery bytes in TDS 7.0 mean. :->}
