Ok... so should DBDEAD return true if dbproc->tds_socket->s == 0?
I say yes, but I could be wrong -- should the user be checking for the
validity of connection some other way?
Or should we invalidate the dbproc as soon as the connection is invalidated?
Your thoughts please...

(oh, and I've got the thing reconnecting automatically if it gets
disconnected. Very cool :)
