GRRRRRR.

I hate C :(

No extern definition of g_tds_err_handler in read.c, so when I called it it
got thoroughly confused.

No bloody error messages, no warnings, no nothing.

Apologies for wasting the list's time, believe me it's nothing like the
amount of time I've wasted on this damn thing :(
