You may want to try with an earlier version of sybperl. DBIORDESC and
DBIOWDESC support was added quite recently (I think 2.10_01, or
something like that).

Thanks for the advice.
However, I still get those unresolved symbol errors, even with
older versions of Sybperl. I couldn't find any places where DBIORDESC or
DBIOWDESC were called in versions 2.10 and older though.. Could it be with the
FreeTDS libs? Also, tried Freetds .45 today with same results.
