Welcome to Our Newest Allied Organization
Ocean Hour Farm in Newport, Rhode Island applies permaculture to create abundance for land and people, with the aim to regenerate coastal regions from ridge to reef.
Founded in 2022, the farm and its programs employ whole systems design to build ecologically sound, socially just, and equitable communities.
Our network of students, scientists, farmers, and partners draws on scientific research to transform and regenerate agriculture, while our education programs explore the connection between soil and ocean health by collecting and sharing data on best farming practices, and monitoring water quality.
We here at PINA just want to say, "Welcome aboard Ocean Hour Farm! We hope to serve you well.”
