HELP DILMUN HILL DESIGN A PERMACULTURE GARDEN

Interested in permaculture, sustainable agriculture and ecological design?

Please join the managers of Dilmun Hill Student Farm to brainstorm design ideas for the farm’s new permaculture garden. We’ll be discussing everything from permaculture design to plant selection and are open to any and all experimental ideas. All students, staff and community members welcome.

AGENDA:
5pm - Dilmun managers present the design work done so far with Q & A.
5:20 - break out into interest groups:
- PLANTS -- review plants, additional plants, etc
- SWALES, ACCESS & INFRASTRUCTURE- water management plan/swales/beds, etc
- "BIG PICTURE" - relations to larger farm? market garden? Growing Mosiacs garden?

6:20 - get back together and share
6:45 - next steps/timeline. discuss "swale days" April 5 & 6
