Learn to make your own raw vinegar! Vinegar making is the art and science of
using beneficial microorganisms to transform fresh fruit, vegetables, or
grains into a tangy and delicious health food that will store through the
winter. Well talk about the health, science, and safety of fermentation and
share some vinegar recipes. Bring a quart jar and fresh fruits or vegetables
of your choice (apples, pears, pumpkins, onions, etc). Everyone will leave
with a vinegar starter (mother) and a vinegar kit.
FREE!
