Siu-Fung,

Douglas A. Oss. "A Note on Paul's Use of Isaiah." BBR 2 (1992): 102-12.

Michael Theobald. "Verantwortung vor der Vergangenheit: Die Bedeutung der
Traditionen Israels für den Rüomerbrief." BK 37 (1982): 1320. Reprinted in
STUDIEN ZUM ROMERBRIEF. WUNT 136, 15-28. Mohr-Siebeck, 2001.

Mark Reasoner also presented a paper at last year's SBL meeting in Toronto
entitled, "Paul's Redemptive Inversions of Jeremiah in Romans 9-11." I think
this is a significant piece of work that, I would guess, should be appearing
in print soon. You will need to contact Mark directly for further info.
