In their NT introductions both Selby and Schnelle state that the
Pastorals were probably published together, as a single work. In other
words they were never sent out as individual letters.
I've been working on some evidence which will show that the Pastorals
were published as a single codex, and were in the order ITim, Titus,
IITim, which is the order proposed by both Selby and Schnelle.
